A lot has happened over these past couple of years. Tyke passed on late in April 2008. I mourned him for over a year. Tyke is a Border Collie. Border Collies have a "double coat" consisting of an outer or "guard" coat and an undercoat. Yesterday morning I again called my internet access provider's help desk. It turned out that both the A-record and the MX-records were missing and needed to be recreated, this time containing the new host's name server info.
